Stefan Schöning

After graduating as a product developer at the Henry van de Velde Institute in Antwerp, Stefan Schöning founded his multidisciplinary studio in 1994 . Shortly thereafter, Schöning received orders from a growing number of international manufacturers.

The new corporate style he designed for the Belgian railways in 2005 was his first public service assignment, for which he received several international awards. In 2008, Schöning was named “Designer of the Year.” In 2011 he designed the framework for the exhibition “Belgium is design” in the renowned “Pinacoteca di Brera” during the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
Recently, the studio also began developing objects for interiors in public spaces and natural parks.
