Guy Buseyne (1961) is a Belgian-born and living sculptor, skilled furniture maker, and graphic designer who studied fine arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bruges. Buseyne's work consists of sculptures depicting people in a society facing and trying to cope with diverse challenges and natural and man-made disasters. The facial expressions in his designs are undefined, which reinforces the universal character of the works and evokes a greater sense of identification in the viewer.
