A theme could hardly be more classic: Pawel Andryszewski's "Flora" is dedicated to the beginning of spring and thus, not only in gardening terms, to the new awakening of life in general.

His Flora, however, is not an ancient goddess scattering a multitude of blossoms from her basket into the landscape, but a young girl carrying the seed of young life in her hands – the beginning of everything.

Bronze edition, cast using the lost-wax casting technique, hand-chiseled and patinated. Limited to 49 numbered and signed pieces.

Pawel Andryszewski

Pawel Andryszewski wurde in Posen geboren und besuchte von 1978 bis 1984 die Staatliche Oberschule für Bildende Künste. Er ist als Gestalter für die Natursteinindustrie tätig und hat darüber hinaus in den letzten zwanzig Jahren etliche Werke erstellt, die in ganz Deutschland und in der Schweiz ihren Platz gefunden haben.
