The three men pull together with all their might. The last one is already on the ground, but he doesn't let go and continues to cling to the pole. His two comrades pull him on. Perhaps he's even deliberately lying so low to lift the pole out of a deep hole and thus help his friends. Either way, friends always find the right arrangement to solve a problem.
