Mieke Deweerdt (1981) besuchte die Akademie der Schönen Künste in Brügge und später das Technische Institut H. Family, um bildende und freie Künste zu studieren. Miekes Arbeit zeigt die Interaktion zwischen Menschen sowie den Kampf und die Anstrengung, um das Gleichgewicht zu halten, um in Harmonie zusammenzuleben.
