Marian Molenda

Marian Molenda (1958) is a sculptor living in Nysa, Poland. He graduated from the State Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk in 1983 and served, among other positions, as Head of the Department of Fine Arts at the University of Opole from 2016 to 2023. Marian Molenda creates monumental and small-scale sculptures, ceramics, paintings, and drawings.

In his work, Molenda explores the human body using materials such as clay, plaster, bronze, wood, glass, stone, resins, and concrete. He plays with structure, color temperature, and texture to create fascinating works.
