Armando Di Nunzio

Armando Di Nunzio is an Italian artist and sculptor from Lettomanoppello. This town in Abruzzo is also called the town of white stone and is known for its long tradition of stone carving. Growing up here, the child of skilled craftsmen, Armando was destined to become a master sculptor himself. He manually selects the stone for his works from the quarries in his hometown, preferring the white Maiella stone. With utmost care and an eye for detail, the sculptor shapes these blocks into sculptures of timeless elegance that channel the mystical energy of the Maiella Mountains.
