Andrea Bucci

Andrea Bucci studied architecture and worked as one for several years. He is a self-taught sculptor—albeit one who has been familiar with various forms of artistic work since childhood, as Bucci is the son of an artist and spent countless hours in his studio during his childhood. He created his first works at the age of 20.

Since giving up architecture to devote himself solely to his artistic work, he has created an extensive body of work that is represented in private and public collections at home and abroad; commissioned works for public spaces have taken him as far as Far Eastern China.

Today he lives and works in Lucca, Tuscany, where he also displays his work in his own private gallery and presents it to art-interested customers.
